Presidio School offers open enrollment throughout the school year and students are enrolled or placed on a waiting list once the entire enrollment process has been completed on a &#8220;first come, first served&#8221; basis.\u00a0 In accordance with A.R.S\u00a7 15-184(A), Presidio School shall enroll all eligible pupils who submit a timely application, unless the number of applications exceeds the capacity of a program, class, grade level or building.\u00a0 Presidio School does not and shall not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion (creed), gender, gender expression, age, national origin (ancestry) disability, or academic ability with regards to enrollment of students.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>It is very important that you complete the enrollment packet in its entirety and provide the requested documents to Presidio as soon as possible.\u00a0 Upon verification of a complete enrollment packet, Presidio will fill in the date and time of verification. This data is used to complete the enrollment process and either place the student on a waiting list or begin the registration process.\u00a0 Please ensure that Presidio has all updated contact information so that we can contact you regarding wait listed students.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>Proof of residency (A.R.S. \u00a7 15-802(B))<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li>\n<ol>\n<li>\n<ol>\n<li aria-level=\"2\">Please read the Arizona Residency Guidelines then complete one of the following:\n<ol>\n<li aria-level=\"3\">Arizona Residency Documentation Form and submit a copy of one of the documents listed on the form; or<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"3\">Affidavit of Shared Residence<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>Documentation of a student&#8217;s age and identity (A.R.S \u00a7 15-828(A))<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li>\n<ol>\n<li>\n<ol>\n<li aria-level=\"2\">A certified copy of the student&#8217;s birth certificate;<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"2\">Other reliable proof of student&#8217;s identity and age, including the pupil&#8217;s baptismal certificate, an application for a social security number or original school registration records, and an affidavit explaining the inability to provide a copy of the birth certificate; or<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"2\">A letter from the authorized representative of an agency having custody of the student pursuant to A.R.S.
