- Consideration to Approve the September 6,2022 Board Meeting Minutes Ms. Garza
- Consideration to Approve the August 2022 Expenditures Ms. Garza
- Consideration to Approve FY 2021/2022 Annual Financial Report Ms. Garza
- Consideration to Approve accepting the Play It Safe Bid on RFP#FY23-01 for Ms. Garza
Architectural, Engineering, and Landscape Design Services with modifications to
include:
- Establishing a mandatory completion date of September 24, 2024
- Removing the track and climbing wall
- Redesign of the fitness area equipment placement to be more in line with fitness
stations as opposed to grouping them in a single playground area
- Reexamine the level of turf/subbase and rubber surfacing that is needed for fitness area
- Add the rubber resurfacing of the playground area on the 1615 campus
- Other cost-saving revisions deemed appropriate and approved by both the Superintendent
and Principal.
Discussion Items:
- Renovation/repair needs of the 300 building due to storm damage and to update the Ms. Montierth
facility to enhance quality of the roof and make the building more energy efficient
by replacing windows.

- 10.06.2022 PTSO Meeting Update
- Peter Piper Fundraiser went well, according to the feedback received from stakeholders. $1956.79 was raised and $293.52 profit going to Presidio
- Candy Grams
- September – $186 sold; $46 spent
- October – Bugs and Kisses (selling October 27-28; delivery October 31)
