• Consideration to Approve the June 14, 2021  Board Minutes Ms. Garza
• Consideration to Approve the May 2021 Expenditures Ms. Garza
• Consideration to Approve Budgeting of  $128,150 of ESSER II funds based upon

Raven Bid to purchase and install 17 five ton Carrier 14 Seer Package Units with

Apco Mag Ultra Violet Air Purifier @ a current cost of $6,800 per unit and 4 

Apco Mag Ultra Violet Air Purifiers for @ a current cost of $750 to upgrade newer 

HVAC units and 14 Mini Split HVAC Purification Systems @ a current cost

of $650 each to assist with COVID mitigation measures. Prior to contracting 

formal bids per Presidio Procurement Policy must be obtained. Ms. Garza

• Consideration to Adopt the 2021/2022 Budget as presented Ms. Garza
• Consideration to Go to Executive Session To Discuss Proposed 2021/2022

Salaries and Wages In Accordance with A.R.S. §38-431.03 D Mr. Carrillo

• Alignment of Presidio School’s Program of Instruction with the proposed Ms. Garza

Mission Amendment per ASBCS request.

Principal’s Report

1. Facilities
   1. Front door
   2. Cafeteria
   3. Bid was provided – PO Request is being generated
2. Summer School
   1. Remediation
      1. Retentions were reduced in grades K-8
      2. HS students who had too many credits to make up will continue to make up credits in SY21/22
   2. Boot Camp
      1. Lack of interest in grades 3, 6, and 9 – Boot Camp cancelled 
      2. Kinder will run – roughly 20 students signed up
3. Presidio Professional Development 
   1. The Plan was developed using information received from the Comprehensive Needs Assessment and employee feedback
   2. The focus is on supporting productive struggle through Social Emotional Learning and Presidio’s TRACK acronym
   3. The Inservice training schedule and semester 1 training schedule was created during the summer Master Teacher Strategic Planning Meeting.
      1. The summer inservice and semester 1 plans will be evaluated and semester 2 plans created at the December 8, 2021 Master Teacher meeting.
