- Consideration to Approve the May 2021 Expenditures Ms. Garza
- Consideration to Approve Budgeting of $128,150 of ESSER II funds based upon
Raven Bid to purchase and install 17 five ton Carrier 14 Seer Package Units with
Apco Mag Ultra Violet Air Purifier @ a current cost of $6,800 per unit and 4
Apco Mag Ultra Violet Air Purifiers for @ a current cost of $750 to upgrade newer
HVAC units and 14 Mini Split HVAC Purification Systems @ a current cost
of $650 each to assist with COVID mitigation measures. Prior to contracting
formal bids per Presidio Procurement Policy must be obtained. Ms. Garza

- Retentions were reduced in grades K-8
- HS students who had too many credits to make up will continue to make up credits in SY21/22
- Boot Camp
- Lack of interest in grades 3, 6, and 9 – Boot Camp cancelled
- Kinder will run – roughly 20 students signed up
- Presidio Professional Development
- The Plan was developed using information received from the Comprehensive Needs Assessment and employee feedback
- The focus is on supporting productive struggle through Social Emotional Learning and Presidio’s TRACK acronym
- The Inservice training schedule and semester 1 training schedule was created during the summer Master Teacher Strategic Planning Meeting.
- The summer inservice and semester 1 plans will be evaluated and semester 2 plans created at the December 8, 2021 Master Teacher meeting.
