Motion:

1. To amend the May 7, 2024 Presidio School Minutes to reflect the Board Members who made and seconded motions on agenda items 8-10.

Motion 1a Regarding Agenda Item 8:

On May 7, 2024, “Agenda Item 8: To approve the Presidio School 2023 990 Tax Return” was moved by Peggy Barnett and was seconded by Jessica Montierth.  Because this language was not included in the original May 7, 2024 Minutes, the Board voted to amend the minutes to include the information listed above.

July 11, 2024 Motion 1a was

Aye Votes: Peggy Barnett, Terry Garza, and Jessica Montierth

Nay Votes: None

Abstentions: Denice Chapman

Absent: Martin Carrillo, Thomas Drexel

Motion 1b Regarding Agenda Item 9:

On May 7, 2024, “Agenda Item 9: To add Denice Chapman to the Presidio School Board of Directors” was moved by Peggy Barnett and seconded by Tom Drexel.  Because this language was not included in the original May 7, 2024 Minutes, the Board voted to amend the minutes to include the information listed above.

Motion 1c Regarding Agenda Item 10:

On May 7, 2024, “Agenda Item 10: To add Denice Chapman as a signatory on the Presidio School Bank Accounts with the ability to be the 2nd signature only in cases where she is not the approver of the associate Purchase Order Request and not for any payroll checks that must be paper checks due to a lack of a Direct Deposit Authorization” was moved by Jessica Montierth and seconded by Peggy Barnett.  Because this language was not included in the original May 7, 2024 Minutes, the Board voted to amend the minutes to include the information listed above.
