1. To approve the revised Presidio School HQ teacher & paraprofessional requirements for employment with Presidio School given related AZ law changes and teacher shortages.

Discussion Items:

• 1695 Courtyard project to be funded by ESSER III, M&O, and Results Based Funding 
  • RFP needs to broken up into separate projects to include:
    • Engineering to address drainage
    • Completion of drainage issues and grading
    • Completion equipment, shade structures, and turf
    • RFPs need to be completed and ready to present to the board before the next board meeting 
• The need to hire/contract with a person to fill maintenance and landscaping needs
  • RFP for Handyperson needs to be separated into the following proposals:
    • Landscaping

• Include weekly, monthly, and annual requirements in the RFP

• Handyperson
• RFPs need to be completed and ready to present to the board before the next board meeting

• Research and interview landscaping companies
  • Create a list of landscaping companies for Presidio 
• Research and interview handypeople
  • Create a list of handypeople/companies for Presidio

• Cleaning service update on progress to date
  • Positive reviews from teachers and staff re: new cleaning crew
  • Board still needs industry standard information for cleaning crew RFP
