We are extremely proud to share the news that in their annual review of American public high schools, U.S. News and World Report has awarded Presidio High School a Gold Medal, their highest honor.
A for Arizona
Presidio School was one of three Tucson schools to be recognized as a Tucson “A” Leader by A for Arizona, an initiative led by the Arizona Chamber Foundation in partnership with the Arizona Chamber of Commerce and the Tucson Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.
A National Blue Ribbon School of Excellence
The No Child Left Behind – Blue Ribbon School Award, one of the nation’s top education awards, is part of a national recognition program sponsored by the U.S. Department of Education.

Presidio Tucson Designated a Title 1 Reward School
Presidio School is one of only 7 Tucson schools to achieve this designation!! Reward Schools are those Title I schools that Arizona commends for high academic performance or high levels of student growth.
Presidio Tucson receives Arizona Department of Education’s “A” grade
Presidio School has been awarded an A Letter Grade from the Arizona Department of Education for 2018. Presidio has earned an “A” every year since the A-F School Grade system was first implemented in 2012.
